This is a private 1-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a newly renovated building. Beautifully appointed, the design maximizes this small space with your comfort in mind.

The bedroom is fitted with a Queen-size bed and boasts a huge floor to ceiling window giving you a first-hand city living experience with a bustling street view.

A washer and dryer are in the unit as well for your convenience should you find yourself needing to do laundry.

We are only steps away from many great bars and restaurants on 14th Street. Red Derby and Taqueria Habanero are our favorites! And Thip Khao, one of DC's most popular restaurants, is just a short walk away. There are several small corner groceries just one or two blocks away, where you can buy snacks, grocery items, and wine. And the Columbia Heights Metro stop area, only a 13-minute walk away, has everything — Target, Giant, restaurants and bars galore, FedEx, etc.

There is also a hiking path entrance to Rock Creek Park only a few blocks away, just head up 16th and you will see the entrance on the west side of 16th street. It's a great path for people on foot, though it's a bit steep at first.

We are looking forward to hosting you soon!
