LARGE GROUP? - we have 3 apartments in the same building. Ask us and we might be able to accommodate you all. Like staying in the same hotel, but different rooms :)

PERFECT FOR:
★ single travelers
★ romantic getaways
★ surfers - board available on request
★ shoots - fashion, portraits etc
★ business - fast WiFi, iron, TV with USB

3 reasons NOT to book:

1 - If you have a big problem with stairs (1st floor apt)

2 - If you plan on breaking the RULES - unauthorized pets/guests/NOISE/SMOKING in or outside the building/parking mindlessly etc - manager will take action on you AND I...and this is my business, so I won't take it lightly

3 - If your group isn't able to be RESPECTFUL of the property - furniture, towels, bedding etc. We welcome everyone with common sense - we put a lot of love in our ARTBNBs and our guests, please love us back :)

NOTE: Air Conditioner is a freestanding 1200 BTU entirely sufficient for our studio :)
