If only we could give six stars.... Everything about Kris's place is fantastic. The communication from beginning to end was top-notch. Kris is indeed a superhost, and he was always prompt to respond with very clear answers, including addressing our concerns about Airbnb safety in the time of COVID-19. We know and love the neighborhood because it's close to our home, and we needed a place to stay for a couple weeks while some work was being done on our house. It's a sweet, quiet, well-established residential street with friendly neighbors. The dwelling itself is brilliant. A very contemporary home on three levels, including a self-contained basement unit with its own entrance, kitchen, and bath. Everything was spotlessly clean and fresh, the space is really well laid out, and all the conveniences you could want in terms of appliances, accessories, smart-home devices, entertainment and so on. And for more analog entertainment he has a great book collection to choose from. I'm not sure how much the rate was discounted because of the COVID-19 travel slump, but what we paid was very very reasonable, and superb value for the money. We will gladly recommend this to friends who are looking for a place to stay in DC.

Top notch property managed by a top notch host. Tri-level home was spotless, spacious, and modern. Kris was one of the best hosts I’ve had — responsive, patient, thorough, thoughtful. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Kris’ house is absolutely amazing! Very stylish, clean and cozy. Probably the best house you can find in DC for a family stay. Everything was perfect, no complaints. We highly recommend it!
