Walk into the second-level of the home and you will find a gorgeously appointed and open floorplan where the kitchen, dining, and living areas are, and you'll surely find yourself fast at home. A fireplace accents the living space for those looking to cozy up (firewood NOT provided). There is a smartTV in the living room on this level for you to kick back and enjoy your favorite movies and shows on Netflix, Hulu, or the like. You'll also be able to order some take-out while listening to your favorite music using the Amazon Echo Dot that's in the home. There is a private fenced in backyard where you'll also find a firepit (grill grate available), that houses our screened-in patio space that you'll find as you exit the rear of the home beyond the kitchen.

On this same level is a full bathroom with bathtub, and the first two of four bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, fitted always with fresh linens. The Master bedroom on this level boasts a walk-in closet and its own en suite full bathroom (shower only).

Off the kitchen are stairs that will lead you down to the lower-level of the home where you'll find an additional living room equipped with its own smartTV as well. There is a small storage closet with children's items should you require it, next to the washer/dryer space. The last two of four bedrooms are on this level as well, both fitted with Queen beds. A desk to study or surf the web is available in one of these rooms, while the other has an additional full bathroom (shower only) to share between these two rooms. You can enjoy the high-speed internet access from anywhere in the home as you require.

You will find that this home is perfect for business travelers, couples, and families alike! Its great location makes it the ideal choice for anyone who wants to take in all that Alexandria has to offer (and even DC for that matter!) with some breathing room away from your typical cramped, overpriced hotel accommodations that are to be found in the area.

Guests will have access to the entire home, an outdoor screened-in patio out back, and the backyard space. Guests are welcome to use the driveway that is available to park up to two vehicles reasonably. Additional parking is available along the street outside the home should guests require it.

The closest metro stations are at King Street and Braddock, 2 miles from the house. The closest bus stop is about 200 yards from the front door at the intersection of Braddock Road and N Early Street. There is a bike share .5 mile away in the Fairlington Shopping Center.

Please be mindful of the neighbors. No large parties, or very loud music. No smoking is allowed in the unit.
Please ensure that only toilet paper is flushed down the toilet. There is toilet paper provided up front upon check-in, but guests are responsible for any extra that they might require. Please dispose of baby wipes, paper towels, and sanitary products in the provided trash receptacles.

Please prevent excessive amounts of hair from going down the drain. I want all of the guests to be able to enjoy the home. Before departure, please wash all dishes (the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher) and wash a load of towels. I want to keep the home in great condition in order to provide all guests with an unforgettable vacation experience. Most importantly, enjoy yourself and have a relaxing vacation. This home is your home during your stay, and we hope you come back anytime you are in the area.
