The apartment offers plenty of privacy, only sharing the level with one other private guest suite at the opposite end of the floor. So, sit back, relax, and watch the big game or your favorite movie on the wall-mounted SmartTV, surf the web on your iPad or laptop with the free high-speed wireless internet service, or join your next Zoom meeting without any possible disruption.

Feeling hungry? If you feel like staying in instead of heading out to one of the nearby restaurants, you’ll find everything you need in the updated kitchen. The kitchen features stainless appliances, all your kitchen utensils. You can cook your favorite meals or enjoy a quick breakfast using the cookware, place settings, utensils, and other kitchen supplies available for your use.

This unit features one bedroom with a Queen bed, and one bedroom with a King bed, both enhanced with memory foam mattress, providing a comfortable sleeping area for two guests. Microfiber sheets and comforters are on all beds for a cozy, warm night of rest. A wide-seater sofa is available that can comfortably accommodate 1 additional guest in the common area. The apartment also has a private bathroom with a shower that our cleaners keep impeccably clean. The bathroom is fully stocked with the essentials you'll need to feel right at home.

Each room is tastefully and comfortably appointed, providing you with the ideal space for relaxation during your vacation or business travel.

We want you to relax and enjoy your stay, and please treat the home with the same respect you would treat your own.

This is a multi-unit building, so please be mindful of the neighbors. Please avoid loud noises, including high-volume TV, music, and shouting. No smoking is allowed in the unit. Parties and other events are prohibited at the home.

Paper products such as paper towels and toilet paper will be refreshed and provided to you prior to your arrival, but you will be responsible for replenishing should you run out during your stay and need more.

Please ensure that only toilet paper is flushed down the toilet. Dispose of baby wipes, paper towels, condoms, and feminine products in the provided trash receptacles. Also, please prevent excessive amounts of hair from going down the drain. We want all of our guests to be able to enjoy the home.

Before departure, please wash all dishes. We want to keep the home in great condition to provide all guests with an unforgettable stay.

Booking & Guest Verification Notice

To help ensure a safe and respectful stay for our guests and neighbors, reservations may be subject to additional verification prior to check-in. Guests may be asked to provide a valid government-issued ID and additional information related to their stay.

Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. All reservations must comply with the property's occupancy limits and house rules.

Local Guest Policy
To help protect the property and maintain a safe environment for our guests and neighbors, we do not accept reservations from local guests residing within the surrounding area. Local reservations may be subject to cancellation. If you are a local resident and believe your stay may qualify for an exception, please contact us prior to booking.

• Please be courteous to the neighbors living around you at ALL times by keeping noise volumes to a reasonable level. From 10 PM - 8 AM please adhere to very strict quiet hours when noise is to be kept at a minimum.

• Please do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products, baby wipes, contraceptives, nor paper towels should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that any of these items have been flushed and clog the plumbing system you could be held responsible for the cost of repair.

• ABSOLUTELY NO Smoking or vaping of any kind inside of the suite.

• ABSOLUTELY NO gatherings causing excessive noise. No guests allowed on the premises that have not been added to the reservation guest count.

**Late checkout may be allowed as long as a minimum 1 hour notice is given and permission is granted. As each turnover is scheduled around our cleaning team and the next guest’s arrival, an unapproved late departure can create significant disruption. If there is a late checkout without prior notification or permission, fees will apply.
